The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.68 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 353.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.29 per cent at Rs 4.31 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.85 per cent to Rs 2.78 crore from Rs 3.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 65.22 per cent to Rs 1.52 crore as against Rs 0.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 52.26 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 22.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 360.00 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
