The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.82 crore compared to net loss of Rs 4.29 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 24.53 per cent at Rs 57.71 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.50 per cent to Rs 51.88 crore from Rs 78.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 71.11 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 478.57 per cent to Rs 5.83 crore as against Rs -1.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 602.49 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 68.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.64 crore, while Taxation increased by 135.71 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.70 crore).
