The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.21 per cent at Rs 123.00 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 136.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.60 per cent to Rs 117.22 crore from Rs 131.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 67.65 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.54 per cent to Rs 5.77 crore as against Rs 5.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.58 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 14.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.44 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.78 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.27 crore).
