The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 446.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.60 per cent at Rs 57.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.47 per cent to Rs 56.58 crore from Rs 48.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.41 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 161.54 per cent to Rs 1.02 crore as against Rs 0.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 122.78 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 62.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 375.00 per cent at Rs -0.22 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
