The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.55 per cent at Rs 16.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.76 per cent to Rs 14.73 crore from Rs 9.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 720.00 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 51.52 per cent to Rs 1.50 crore as against Rs 0.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.39 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 331.58 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore (Sep'24 Rs -0.19 crore).
