The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) unveiled its first-ever modernised digital pavilion at the India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The pavilion was inaugurated by Union Labour & Employment Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, in the presence of Minister of State Sushree Shobha Karandlaje, Central PF Commissioner Ramesh Krishnamurthi, and senior officials from the Ministry of Labour & Employment and EPFO.
Dr. Mandaviya said he was delighted to inaugurate EPFO’s debut pavilion at IITF, emphasising that the platform showcases India’s development journey and EPFO’s transition towards transparency, efficiency, and technology-driven service delivery. He highlighted EPFO’s role in ensuring financial dignity for millions of workers and its evolution from manual operations to seamless digital services accessible to formal, gig, urban, and rural workers alike.
He also noted EPFO’s major digital advancements over the past year, including an upgraded unified portal, revamped website, simplified claim processes, real-time grievance handling, paperless onboarding, and doorstep pensioner support through Digital Life Certificates.
The pavilion, he said, represents EPFO’s commitment to being “Future-Ready, Member-Centric, and Technology-Driven.”
Karandlaje extended her wishes and encouraged EPFO to provide visitors on-the-spot services and guidance.
