Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors in their Meeting held on 01st December 2025, approved the appointment of Ms. khushbu Yadav (Membership No. A78848) as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 01st December 2025.
