The Arbitral Tribunal by way of interim dividend awarded the following in favour of Company, this is to inform you that Agam has served an advance copy of the petition challenging aforesaid interim award under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi seeking setting aside of Interim Award.
