Grindwell Norton Limited has informed the Exchange about Investment in Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Limited for sourcing of green energy:The Board approved an enhancement of the investment quantum in Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Limited ( JRTPL ) from ₹77 lakhs (as approved on May 9, 2025) to an amount not exceeding ₹86 lakhs towards sourcing of green energy. This enhancement in investment is due to increase in planned capacity of power producer. This investment aligns with the Company s sustainability and operational efficiency goals.
