Persistent Systems a global leader in digital engineering and enterprise modernization, on Monday announced a strategic partnership with DigitalOcean to make artificial intelligence more accessible, scalable, and secure for enterprises and developers worldwide.

Under the partnership, Persistent has selected DigitalOcean as the cloud and AI infrastructure provider for SASVA™, its AI-powered platform that integrates code, documentation, architecture, and executive summaries across multiple workflows and roles. SASVA will leverage DigitalOcean Gradient™ AI Agentic Cloud to run AI workloads and customer deployments efficiently, including the use of Gradient AI Platform for the full agent development lifecycle and high-performance GPUs from DigitalOcean’s AI infrastructure offerings.

The collaboration aims to address key challenges in AI adoption, such as rising GPU and infrastructure costs, fragmented agent development ecosystems, and increasing security and compliance requirements. By combining Persistent’s AI engineering expertise and platform innovation with DigitalOcean’s agentic cloud infrastructure, the partnership seeks to deliver secure, cost-effective, and enterprise-ready AI solutions for organizations of all sizes.

Persistent and DigitalOcean will jointly support SASVA and inference workloads on Gradient AI Agentic Cloud, enabling enterprises to achieve faster AI adoption and predictable scaling. The companies said the approach could help reduce AI infrastructure and operational costs by more than 50%, driving wider adoption and measurable business impact across industries.

As part of the collaboration, Persistent will also use SASVA and its engineering capabilities to help build modern AI stacks that enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of DigitalOcean’s next-generation cloud platform, supporting the expansion of DigitalOcean’s AI roadmap.
