The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 has inter-alia, considered and approved the Allotment of 22,93,400 (Twenty-Two Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred) Equity Shares of Rupees 10 (Rupees Ten only) each issued at a premium of INR 110/- (Rupees One Hundred Ten Only) per share aggregating to Rs. 27,52,08,000 /- (Rupees Twenty-Seven Crore Fifty-Two Lakhs Eight Thousand Only).
