Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Private Limited, (Sunbeam), a WOS of the Company, at their meeting held on Friday, 19th December, 2025 has approved the conversion of the 13,53,80,000 CCPS and 37,60,00,000 OCDs into Equity Shares of Sunbeam.
