Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), 2015 we draw your attention to the earlier disclosure made by the company on 11-11-2025, regarding filing of a petition in the NCLT by UCO Bank against the company u/s 7 of the IBC, 2016. \r\nWe have been informed today by the court officer, NCLT, Kolkata Bench that the petition filed by UCO bank fails and is dismissed by the Hon'ble NCLT.
