In continuation of our earlier letter dated December 22, 2025 and December 24, 2025 on the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that, in respect of the Issue, the Fund Raising Committee of Directors ('Committee') at its meeting held today, i.e., December 24, 2025, has inter-alia approved the following: \r\n\r\na) Issue and allotment of 8,79,29,651 Equity Shares to 14 eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ? 62.55/- per Equity Share (including a premium of ?61.55/- per Equity Share), (which included a discount of Rs. 3.29 i.e. 5% to the floor price of ?65.84) aggregating to approximately ?550 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Fifty Crores) pursuant to the Issue in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.\r\n\r\nThe Issue opened on December 22, 2025 and closed on December 24, 2025 and the same was intimated to you through our letters dated December 22, 2025 and December 24, 2025, respectively.\r\n\r\n\r\n
