Megasoft Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates- Certified True Copy ( CTC ) of the Final order dated December 16, 2025, ( Order ) passed by Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench for sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Sigma Advanced Systems Private Limited ( Transferor Company ) and Megasoft Limited ( Transferee Company ) and their respective shareholders and creditors under Section 230- 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ( Scheme ).
