Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in reference to our earlier intimation dated 12th December, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Company has made a further equity investment of Rs. 9,230 (i.e.923 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.10 Each, aggregating to 4.61% of Equity Share Capital) in Viksha Green Energy Private Limited, (VGEPL) for solar power under the Group Captive Scheme as required under the provision of Electricity Act, 2003. The Total Equity Shareholding of the Company in VGEPL stands at 10.39%
