Agro Phos India Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates regarding the Company has sold/disposed off the shareholdings in Shri Tulsi Phosphate Limited. Post dilution, the shareholding in Shri Tulsi Phosphate Limited has come down from 27.49 % to 19.51%.
