The Company has informed the Stock exchanges about the Intimation of the (bi-monthly) Newspaper advertisement dated the 30th December, 2025 for opening of Special Window for Re-lodgment of Transfer Requests of Physical Shares, in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated the 02nd July, 2025.
