Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. January 8, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Varun Dua as an additional Director (Non- Executive Non- Independent) of the Company w.e.f. January 12, 2026, subject to obtaining a valid Director Identification Number.
