The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 770.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 641.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.97 per cent at Rs 1,074.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 934.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.79 per cent to Rs 196.91 crore from Rs 170.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 71.43 per cent at Rs 158.98 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 92.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.79 per cent to Rs 877.34 crore as against Rs 764.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.16 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.36 crore, while Taxation increased by 23.19 per cent at Rs 244.51 crore (Dec'24 Rs 198.49 crore).
