The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e 16th January 2026 had approved, issued and allotted 34,123 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, fully paid up, to the eligible employees of the Company on the exercise by them of stock options granted and vested under Saurashtra Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (\ESOP Scheme\) (\ ESOP Scheme Scheme was first amended on 22nd April 2024\)
