The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 57.28 per cent at Rs 3.49 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.82 per cent to Rs 4.15 crore from Rs 4.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 73.05 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 119.41 per cent to Rs -0.66 crore as against Rs 3.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 145.20 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 80.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 98.65 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.96 crore).
