Atishay Ltd has received a work order from the Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration, Government of Bihar, for the digitization of registration records stored in the record rooms of registration offices.

The project covers the locations of Purniya (records from 1959 to 1908) and Madhubani (records from 1984 to 1908), with a total document volume of approximately 29 lakh records to be digitized.

The total contract value stands at Rs 3,76,76,220 (Rs 3.76 crore), inclusive of GST, and the project is scheduled to be completed within 180 days from the date of issuance of the work order.

The company stated that this order is in the ordinary course of business and will strengthen its executable order book and improve revenue visibility. It also confirmed that the awarding authority is a domestic entity, and that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding department. The contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
