This is with reference to our earlier communication dated 11th February, 2025 regarding setting up of a Greenfield Manufacturing facility located at North Carolina, USA, through the Company's step down wholly owned subsidiary- Indo Count Global East, Inc. In continuance thereto, we would like to update that the said manufacturing facility has commenced its commercial production of pillows.
