The Management of the Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Sandeep, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and relieved him from his responsibilities from the closure of business hours on 21st January, 2026 (Resignation Letter is attached)\r\n\r\nTherefore, Mr. Harkirat Singh Ryait, Executive Director, has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 22nd January, 2026.
