The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 62.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.72 per cent at Rs 111.36 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.33 per cent to Rs 84.28 crore from Rs 60.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3040.00 per cent at Rs 1.57 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.75 per cent to Rs 27.09 crore as against Rs 18.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.65 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 29.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 70.39 per cent at Rs 3.97 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.33 crore).
