The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.88 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 111.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.39 per cent at Rs 102.14 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 39.72 per cent to Rs 78.44 crore from Rs 56.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 70.45 per cent at Rs 1.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 93.79 per cent to Rs 23.70 crore as against Rs 12.23 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 29.68 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 51.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 109.12 per cent at Rs 6.65 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.18 crore).
