DAM Capital Advisors Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 and approve the amendment and ratification of the existing Pre-IPO ESOP Scheme, namely DAM Capital Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024 subject to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of shareholders' of the Company.
