Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Ltd. on Friday, 23 January 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 37.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 30 January 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 30 January 2026.

The last two dividends are 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 August 2025) and 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 August 2024).
