Sagar Cements Limited has informed the Exchange about the company has executed a Corporate Guarantee agreement today i.e. on 24th January, 2026 in favour of Axis Finance Limited for the term loan facility of Rs. 74.00 Crores availed by one of our subsidiary, Sagar Cements (M) Private Limited for its ongoing project expansion.
