The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 56.80 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 76.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.36 per cent at Rs 821.53 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 802.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.20 per cent to Rs 764.57 crore from Rs 719.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 60.79 per cent at Rs 11.59 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 29.56 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.09 per cent to Rs 56.95 crore as against Rs 82.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.72 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 151.68 per cent at Rs -9.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 19.04 crore).
