The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30.01.2026, has declared Third Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 @ Rs. 0.45 per equity share of Re. 1/- each (i.e. 45%) which will be paid within 30 days of the date of declaration i.e. on or before 1st March, 2026 and fixed 06.02.2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of Third Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.\r\n\r\n
