The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 62.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 97.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.38 per cent at Rs 1,842.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,926.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.64 per cent to Rs 1,659.01 crore from Rs 1,721.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 19.96 per cent at Rs 14.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 18.39 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.60 per cent to Rs 183.25 crore as against Rs 204.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.48 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 9.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 35.26 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.45 per cent at Rs 27.35 crore (Dec'24 Rs 33.13 crore).
