The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 449.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 123.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 263.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.20 per cent at Rs 5,138.99 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4,539.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.83 per cent to Rs 4,392.44 crore from Rs 4,036.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 979.41 per cent at Rs 232.29 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 21.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 48.26 per cent to Rs 746.55 crore as against Rs 503.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 31.02 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 11.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 85.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 157.96 per cent at Rs 180.08 crore (Dec'24 Rs 69.81 crore).
