The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.30 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 26.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.38 per cent at Rs 260.38 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 327.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 23.86 per cent to Rs 218.88 crore from Rs 287.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 67.89 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.98 per cent to Rs 41.50 crore as against Rs 39.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 31.84 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 22.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.44 per cent at Rs 8.34 crore (Dec'24 Rs 9.01 crore).
