Appointment of Mr. Subramaniam Venkatakrishnan as Vice President (Business Head Boards & Panels) of the Company with effect from February 4, 2026. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in Annexure A .b. Mr. Rahul Chopra, Senior VP (BU Head Boards & Panels) of the Company, has moved into another role within the Company as Senior VP - Head of Skill Development, CSR, and Public Advocacy with effect from February 4, 2026.
