The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.72 per cent at Rs 224.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 172.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.46 per cent to Rs 212.80 crore from Rs 161.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 23.29 per cent at Rs 1.91 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.16 per cent to Rs 11.51 crore as against Rs 11.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.72 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.97 per cent at Rs 2.64 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.77 crore).
