The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 99.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 73.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.36 per cent at Rs 630.32 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 483.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.92 per cent to Rs 522.57 crore from Rs 384.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 281.61 per cent at Rs 26.14 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.78 per cent to Rs 107.75 crore as against Rs 99.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.55 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 35.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.06 per cent at Rs 30.80 crore (Dec'24 Rs 28.77 crore).
