The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 48.39 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 28.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 67.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.84 per cent at Rs 644.11 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 421.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.93 per cent to Rs 561.38 crore from Rs 360.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 277.46 per cent at Rs 5.36 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.72 per cent to Rs 82.73 crore as against Rs 61.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 93.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.27 crore, while Taxation increased by 53.01 per cent at Rs 24.13 crore (Dec'24 Rs 15.77 crore).
