The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 94.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 83.55 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.08 per cent at Rs 741.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 679.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.28 per cent to Rs 605.77 crore from Rs 564.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.13 per cent at Rs 18.87 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 17.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.57 per cent to Rs 135.84 crore as against Rs 118.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 5.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.08 per cent at Rs 32.43 crore (Dec'24 Rs 28.18 crore).
