Pursuant to recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting held on Saturday 7th february, 2026 has appointed Mr. Harhsadbhai Baldebvbhai Patel (DIN: 01823595) as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f., 7th February, 2026 for first term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from 07.02.2026 till 06.02.2031 subject to the approval of members by way of passing of special resolution through Postal Ballot/EGM.
