The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 75.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 58.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 28.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.56 per cent at Rs 1,326.90 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,119.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.65 per cent to Rs 1,220.64 crore from Rs 1,028.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 348.25 per cent at Rs 38.37 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 8.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.56 per cent to Rs 106.26 crore as against Rs 90.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 268.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 20.09 per cent at Rs 23.79 crore (Dec'24 Rs 19.81 crore).
