The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.59 per cent at Rs 123.05 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.76 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.58 per cent to Rs 103.48 crore from Rs 85.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.34 per cent at Rs 1.63 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.09 per cent to Rs 19.57 crore as against Rs 17.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.98 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 8.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 31.33 per cent at Rs 2.18 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.66 crore).
