The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.66 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 18.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 66.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.31 per cent at Rs 200.78 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 148.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.61 per cent to Rs 147.50 crore from Rs 110.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 262.30 per cent at Rs 4.42 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.25 per cent to Rs 53.28 crore as against Rs 37.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.67 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 0.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 64.18 per cent at Rs 13.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.04 crore).
