The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.33 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 72.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1537.84 per cent at Rs 18.18 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1100.78 per cent to Rs 15.49 crore from Rs 1.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.50 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 10.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1521.05 per cent to Rs 2.70 crore as against Rs -0.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 187.81 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 58.76 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.77 crore).
