The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 33.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.42 per cent at Rs 136.36 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 126.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.79 per cent to Rs 94.18 crore from Rs 77.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.37 per cent at Rs 1.95 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.98 per cent to Rs 42.18 crore as against Rs 49.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 45.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.21 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.29 per cent at Rs 10.72 crore (Dec'24 Rs 11.95 crore).
