Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Listing Regulations ) read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the exchanges that Mr. Lakshmana Rao Challa has been appointed as Head Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain Management Fibre Cement Plants of the Company with effect from February 9, 2026 and he would be a part of the senior management team. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in Annexure A .
