The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 74.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 99.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.21 per cent at Rs 291.68 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 232.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.53 per cent to Rs 278.14 crore from Rs 225.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.39 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 26.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 73.59 per cent to Rs 13.54 crore as against Rs 7.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 38.51 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 17.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.93 crore
