The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.47 per cent at Rs 457.57 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 403.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.84 per cent to Rs 415.68 crore from Rs 371.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 19.30 per cent at Rs 3.93 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.87 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.65 per cent to Rs 41.89 crore as against Rs 31.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.86 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 239.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.12 per cent at Rs 7.93 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.69 crore).
