The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.77 crore compared to net loss of Rs 41.99 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.70 per cent at Rs 41.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 58.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 51.98 per cent to Rs 46.67 crore from Rs 97.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 99.05 per cent at Rs 8.38 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 87.95 per cent to Rs -4.72 crore as against Rs -39.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 83.35 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 16.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.55 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.47 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.96 crore).
